I love cooking, and have a lot of cookbooks to prove it. I have made marinara sauce from scratch, the best mac’n cheese casserole, an awesome pasta salad, club sandwiches, and much, much more. I have been wanting to make a croquembouche, (a tower of cream puffs held together with caramel sauce) yet the recipe is really hard so I want to get better first. some more recipes I want to make would probably be crispy potato skins, honey bbq skewers (Did you know that you have to soak the skewers in water for half an hour so they don’t burn?) and also probably pot roast. There are also some REALLY hard recipes, like petit fours, which take more than 3 HOURS to make. speaking about hard desserts, the other day i made coconut ice, and it was SO HARD to make, (it was worth it).
